| Use this form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any item to PowerBook Guy. We will review the information submitted and respond promptly, usually within 1 business day.
All items sold by PowerBook Guy are subject to our return policy. Policy details may be found on our Terms & Conditions page. All determinations regarding returns are made at PowerBook Guy's discretion in accordance with this policy.
RMAs are valid for 14 days from issuance. Items returned to PowerBook Guy without a valid RMA will be refused delivery or charged a 30% restock fee. Customer is responsible for adequately packing and shipping any approved return, including tracking and insurance as appropriate. Items delivered to PowerBook Guy in damaged condition will not be accepted for return.
