PowerBook Guy's Overnight SuperDrive Replacement Service for the G4 iBook 12-inch is a complete solution designed to get your machine back up and running ASAP. Our experienced technicians will disassemble your iBook, remove your old drive, replace it with a brand new one and return it to you lightning fast, usually within 24 hours!

How It Works:

• Select an inbound and return shipping option from the drop-down menu below.
• Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
• Ship your laptop to us using the shipping option selected.
• Upon receipt of your laptop we will perform the repair and return it to you.

Shipping Options:

1. Self-Ship with Ground Return Service

After completing checkout, use the carrier of your choice to send us your laptop. We will perform the repair and return your machine to you via UPS Ground (continental US only).

2. Self-Ship with Overnight Return Service

After completing checkout, use the carrier of your choice to send us your laptop. We will perform the repair and return your machine to you via UPS Next Day Air.

3. Door-to-Door Ground Roundtrip Service

After completing checkout, we will send you an empty laptop shipping box via UPS Ground. Upon arrival, pack your laptop in the box and call us to schedule a pickup at your location. We will send UPS to pick up the box and deliver it to us. We will perform the repair and return your machine to you via UPS Ground.

4. Door-to-Door Next Day Air Roundtrip Service

After completing checkout, we will send you an empty laptop shipping box via UPS Next Day Air. Upon arrival, pack your laptop in the box and call us to schedule a pickup at your location. We will send UPS to pick up the box and deliver it to us. We will perform the repair and return your machine to you via UPS Next Day Air.

5. In Person Local Dropoff and Pickup

San Francisco Bay Area customers may choose this option if no shipping is desired. After completing checkout, simply drop off your laptop at our store during regular business hours. We will perform the repair and contact you to arrange a pickup.

• Broken optical drives are replaced with brand new optical drives.
• All repairs are covered by a 90-day PowerBook Guy limited warranty.
• The price quoted includes the drive, installation labor and shipping.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for customers outside the continental US.
