Matsushita UJ-85J DUAL LAYER Super Drive 8X DVD-R/RW Burner for PowerBook G4 Titanium. The drive reads DVDs at 8x, CDs at 24x, burns CDs at 16x or 4x rewrite, and burns DVDs at 8x. Requires OS 10.4 for burning in the Finder.

PowerBook G4 Titanium 400MHz, 500Mhz, 550MHz and 667MHz models that originally shipped with a DVD-read drive will require a mounting bracket and cable kit to install this drive. The bracket and cable kit can be ordered below in the drop-down option menu. Models that originally shipped with a Combo or SuperDrive will not need the mounting bracket and cable kit.
